White Light\/White Heat (1968)<\/strong> porta il noise rock<\/strong> ai suoi limiti estremi.<\/p>\n Pur essendo stati insuccessi commerciali al momento della pubblicazione, questi album sono diventati in seguito alcuni dei dischi pi\u00f9 influenti<\/strong> della storia del rock.<\/p>\n John Cale<\/strong>, musicista gallese di formazione classica, apporta al gruppo una dimensione avanguardistica<\/strong> derivata dalla sua collaborazione con il compositore La Monte Young<\/strong> e dal movimento Fluxus<\/strong>.
