Le sue chitarre, posizionate tra il suono <strong>Gibson<\/strong> e la suonabilit\u00e0 <strong>Fender<\/strong>, conquistano rapidamente chitarristi come <strong>Carlos Santana<\/strong>, <strong>Al Di Meola<\/strong> e <strong>Ted Nugent<\/strong>.<br \/>La <strong>PRS Custom 24<\/strong> diventa il modello di punta del marchio, riconoscibile per i suoi <strong>intarsi a forma di uccelli<\/strong> e le eccezionali <strong>finiture fiammate<\/strong>.<br \/>La leggenda racconta che Paul Reed Smith costru\u00ec una chitarra e aspett\u00f2 dietro le quinte di un concerto per mostrarla a <strong>Carlos Santana<\/strong>. Colpito dallo strumento, Santana ne ordin\u00f2 uno, dando a PRS la credibilit\u00e0 necessaria per lanciare il marchio.
