Oasis<\/strong> si forma a Manchester nel 1991 attorno a Liam Gallagher<\/strong> (voce) e Noel Gallagher<\/strong> (chitarra, composizione). La band nasce all\u2019interno dell\u2019ondata Britpop<\/strong> e firma con Creation Records<\/strong> nel 1993.<\/p>\n

Definitely Maybe (1994)<\/strong> diventa l\u2019album d\u2019esordio pi\u00f9 venduto rapidamente<\/strong> nella storia britannica. (What’s the Story) Morning Glory? (1995)<\/strong> vende oltre 22 milioni di copie<\/strong> e include i successi “Wonderwall”<\/strong> e “Don’t Look Back in Anger”<\/strong>.
La rivalit\u00e0 con Blur<\/strong> domina la stampa britannica nel 1995<\/strong>. I concerti di Knebworth<\/strong> nell\u2019agosto 1996<\/strong> attirano 250.000 spettatori<\/strong> in due serate.
Il rapporto tra Liam<\/strong> e Noel<\/strong> \u00e8 tra i pi\u00f9 turbolenti della storia del rock: insulti pubblici, litigi dietro le quinte e concerti annullati. Durante un concerto a Monaco<\/strong> nel 2002<\/strong>, Liam lascia il palco dopo essere stato colpito da un oggetto. Noel lo definisce pubblicamente una “patata”<\/strong> sulla stampa. Questa dinamica esplosiva alimenta paradossalmente la creativit\u00e0 e il mito della band.<\/p>\n
