The auction of the Jim Irsay Collection at Christie\u2019s will undoubtedly remain one of the most significant events in guitar history. It was an extraordinary sale, one that set records and, above all, featured instruments that most people encounter only once in a lifetime. Some of you followed the event, and we were fortunate enough to be there and to have some truly legendary guitars in our hands. Relive those unforgettable moments with us!<\/p>\n
Among the highlights were, of course, those rare moments when we had the opportunity to play these instruments steeped in history. David Gilmour\u2019s legendary Black Strat, which became the most expensive guitar ever sold, immediately reminded us why certain tones become timeless. Such clarity, such depth… and that unique feeling beneath your fingers.<\/p>\n
Eric Clapton\u2019s iconic “Fool” SG, a true psychedelic work of art, transported us to another era. A time when music and art were one and the same, when every note seemed as much painted as it was played.<\/p>\n
And then there was this 1964 Gibson SG once owned by George Harrison. A guitar from the heart of the Revolver era, carrying a particularly powerful, almost intimate emotion, from one of the defining periods of the greatest band in history.<\/p>\n

What we experienced went far beyond the scope of an auction. It was an immersion into the history of rock. A face-to-face encounter with the instruments that shaped the music we love. It was also a reminder that some guitars are not merely objects… but true witnesses to their era.<\/p>\n
