King was on tour in France when super-collector Matthieu Lucas of Matt\u2019s Guitar Shop dropped by with a very special single-cut in tow<\/h2>\n

Marcus King got reacquainted with one of the most famous\u00a0<\/span>Gibson Les Pauls<\/a>\u00a0<\/span>of all time on Sunday, March 19, when he had a pre-show noodle on the 1955 Black Beauty once owned by Peter Kossoff and Eric Clapton.<\/p>\n

King was in Paris to play a show at the \u00c9lys\u00e9e Montmartre when he was presented with the Gibson Les Paul Custom, which is part of Matthieu Lucas\u2019s personal collection. Lucas is the man behind Matt\u2019s Guitar Shop, one of the most respected vintage guitar shops in the world \u2013 which presently stocks some seriously choice\u00a0<\/span>electric guitars<\/a>, a number of which were acquired from Richie Sambora.<\/p>\n
